Parcellation requests: trigeminal ganglion, trigeminal nuclei, facial nuclei, central pattern generator #131

A model provider has a model of "the sensorimotor peripheral whisker system, modeling trigeminal ganglion, trigeminal nuclei, facial nuclei, and central pattern generator neuronal populations". [Associated paper]

It is for mouse, but since this is a model, I don't know if we can use a specific mouse parcellation, I think UBERONParcellation would be fine.

Here's what I've found in UBERON:

trigeminal ganglion - http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/UBERON_0001675 trigeminal nuclear complex - http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/UBERON_0007641 trigeminal sensory nucleus - http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/UBERON_0004132 facial nucleus - http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/UBERON_0000127 (but I'm not sure this is what the provider is referring to)

There are some similar terms in the openMINDS instances library, but these specific terms seem to be missing.

@apdavison we may not have the full UBERON anatomical entities yet registered in openMINDS. If they are in UBERON but not found in openMINDS we can add them.

Note: I fully agree with the approach of using UBERON here in the model curation process. I would only use a specific brain atlas in these cases if they actually made use of it.
