separating MRI weightings from pulse sequences #160

----> new Terminology instance "MRI weighting" (done) ----> move T1/T2 into new terminology (done) ----> add T2star, proton-density to new terminology (done)

@tgbugs we should discuss definitions here.

note: add also to synonyms the "image processing"

Add also:

R2 weighting (same definition as T2 reciprocal) R2-star weighting (same definition as T2 reciprocal)

During offline discussion: We should also add T1 rho since it is part of BIDS. Quick search led me to this paper, https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC4700236/, which seems highly relevant for a definition: "T1ρ (or T1ρ) relaxation time describes spin-lattice relaxation in the rotation frame at the presence of an external RF pulse in the transverse plane."
