Update all ContentTypes #61

Where possible, the ContentType instances should be updated according to the updates that happened to the schema:

data type
description
display label
specification

Especially the description and/or specification should be prioritized. A short description should preferably always be added which contains information about the main format it is based on.

@UlrikeS91 for version 3 and latest this is not a major update only an update. Since this will take a while we should assign someone and have an overview somewhere on the status. TBD in the next Dev Meeting
