Add particle ids #10

This pull request enhances the 2D dataset::

The timeseries contains more iterations, in order to demonstrate particle tracking (see https://github.com/openPMD/openPMD-viewer/pull/139)
Particles ids have been added in the case of the electrons, again in order to demonstrate particle tracking.
The ions and electrons have different quantities stored (the ions have only their position stored, while electrons have their momentum, weight and id)

Please let me know if you have time to review this, as the automatic tests of openPMD/openPMD-viewer#139 will fail as long as the current pull request is not merged.

Oops, sorry for not checking that it was ED-PIC compatible ! I just pushed a new dataset, which should now be fine.
