This updates the data files for openPMD 1.1. (The files were written with an updated version of Warp : see this Warp PR.)
The version number in the files metadata is updated.
For the thetaMode data (which does not contain particles), the particlesPath is not written.
I checked these new data files with the 1.1.X version of the openPMD-validator, and made sure that they were properly read by this PR of the openPMD-viewer.
