no distinction in particle type between W+ and W- Boson #287

The particle type standard extension of openPMD upcoming 2.0 does not distinguish between W+ and W- bosons but considers otherwise anti-particles as distinct from their normal counterparts.

This is inconsistent and should be fixed.
