Document the install methods via spack and from source: https://github.com/spack/spack/pull/7064
Fix a small typo in the CLI usage.
update "newVersion" script to update README as well for new parts

@RemiLehe can you review & merge this? I would then open the 1.1.X branch for adding the updates for the next release in the validator
