`cargo-fetch` does not fetch for all targets #114

This attempt a34992cbf696150573cd89e2a0e607b1f2380a45 to rectify the bug does not really work.

It seems it's a bug from upstream cargo and I already filed a bug report on that.

I hope it gets resolved soon.

Not going to spend time looking at it hoping it works.
