Removed "exit 1" error from "common set intel" because during boot and nvidia card off by default in bbswitch (load_state=0) crashes service

My last commit has some fixes and improvements. No more "unable to get nvidia bus id" with switched-off card and offloading works with service disabled in suse-prime-bbswitch too
