Adjust makefile for 15.4 poo#99957

I've seen that @hellcp touched some binary files in the 15.3 bump, therefore I wanted to ensure that I didn't miss anything.

Running make finished successfully. Seems that all of the new symlinks etc are under .gitignore which I suppose is expected. So git diff showed only change in makefile.

Just wanted to doublecheck with you.

Don't forget to adjust SUSE-brand file! Otherwise this looks good
