update-ca-certificates should create /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt symlink #22

There are some applications (for instance Muse Sound Manager from https://musescore.org/en/download ) which are expecting CA bundle at /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt

I would suggest certbundle.run should create an additional symlink from ca-bundle.pem to /etc/ssl/certs/ca-certificates.crt
