Better dark theme #24

Not just black. It should be more premium feeling. :chipmunk:

Out of boredom did I try several colors to find a better dark theme due to being bothered by the current darkness of the wiki.

What I found to be more suitable is using #151d1e as the background-color of the main page, while using #0f1515 for the nav-bar placed at the top of the wiki.

To blend in the rest of the page I used #273848 as the border color for the cards placed at the bottom of the page and #191e22 as the background color for those cards.

Another important factor regarding this change is to retain a little brighter text color for visual clarity and thus I choose #cec1c1 as the color to serve that purpose.
