Otherwise firstboot-detect attempts to mount the kiwi dump source device.

This works, but there's another failure: Ignition + combustion run parallel to the pre-mount hook, so kiwi's resize hook fails with -EBUSY. Should probably be ordered after pre-mount but before mount.
