Try the KIWI selfinstall .iso as fallback config source #9

Using xorriso it's possible to put configuration into the .iso and use a single drive for installation.

@laenion If this approach turns out to work well for the desired use case of simpler deployment on physical hardware, we might want to do the same change in ignition as well and use INSTALL as fallback config source.
