Somehow, for documents that have DOCBOOK5_RNG_URI="http://docbook.org/xml/5.1/rng/docbookxi.rnc" in their DC file, we:

I have no clue why that would happen.

I think that was caused by the DC file being different on master/the branch. So not an issue for here.
