Update to FOP 2.6 & Charis 6.0 in containers #45

Two updates that are connected and which can but do not have to be performed:

FOP 2.6 is available from OBS' java:packages (this repo for some reason does not have a Leap/SLE 15.3 variant but the 15.2 variant of FOP/Batik/PDFBox does work)
Charis 6.0 is available from OBS' M17N:Fonts. This version is only compatible with FOP 2.6 but not with FOP 2.1 as shipped in Leap by default. cf https://github.com/openSUSE/suse-xsl/issues/438
