Namespace of Docmanager URI is not written to root element #111

... at least not when setting the properties with docmanager. See for example:

Well, technically it doesn't matter if you have the DM namespace on the root element or on the DM element itself. Both work. The only reason is to avoid repeating the namespace on other DM elements.
