Implemented improved API, obsoletes Action class

Split how to render files from how the data structure is saved.

• Removed any DC or daps dependencies
• Implemented new methods: iter, repr, action
• Implemented rendering in textrenderer (default) and tablerenderer
• Adapt main() and parsecli() to new "API"
  • parsecli():
  • Fixed wording
  • Simplified generation of standard options like --maintainer
  • Set args.format = None if not available
  • main(): Use parsecli instead of action.Actions class; call filehandler.Files first and pass it to a renderer function
• Adapted test cases to new API

Trying to detect prolog of XML file (still WIP):

• Added root_sourceline() and prolog() functions which gets the line number of the root element and try to extract the header
• Added test case
• Prepared XMLProxy class
