Inconsistent reporting #52

When running docmanager init, it tells me which files have been changed:

 > docmanager init *.xml
Initialized default properties for 'foo1.xml'.
Initialized default properties for 'foo2.xml'.
Initialized default properties for 'foo3.xml'.
Initialized default properties for 'foo4.xml'.
...

When I run docmanager set, it's much less verbose:

> docmanager set --maintainer bar *.xml
Set value for property "maintainer" to "bar".
