Add '--stop-on-error' option to analyze #92

DocManager exits when an error in an XML file occurred. We should offer the user a --stop-on-error option.

I also decided to implement a --quiet/-q option to reduce the output of analyze to the minimum. I implemented this, because the output has been changed.
