Create consistent temp directory #299

The script created an arbitrary directory at /tmp/docserv-stitch-tempdir-XXX. It's changed now:

The arbitrary directory is gone.
We use /tmp/docserv-stitch-tempdir-$DATE
DATE is of format "YYY-MM-DD"
