Make a flatpak version #31

I'll try to spend some time on this. As I 'm bit unhappy that I'm using Fedora Media Writer on my MicroOS Desktop :-) as our imagewriter is not on flathub.

I'll start with building flatpak in OBS, and then flathub right away https://build.opensuse.org/project/show/home:lkocman:branches:SUSE:SUSEStudio

I would appreciate to have a release/tags in this repository so I have a non-OBS hosted archive with static version to reffer to.
