Rename branch "SuSE-RES-9-Branch" to "SuSE-SLL-9-Branch" #429

With version 9, Expanded Support was rebranded as SUSE Liberty Linux. Please rename the branch to reflect that.

@plorinc the git branches for libzypp and zypper and also the communicated OBS project obs://build.opensuse.org/zypp:jezypp:SuSE-RES-9-Branch that provides the packages? You are sure no depends on the obs project's old name?
