we really have mirrors which are ipv6 only?

does mod_mirrorbrain even make use of the flag?

This is the first one ever - they claim low bandwidth on ipv4, but plenty on ipv6. I have no idea if mod_mirrorbrain uses the flag or not.

IPv6-only hosts do exist. IPv4 addresses are exhausted and it's not uncommon for hosting providers nowadays to offer IPv4 addresses for additional fees or not offer IPv4 at all. Therefore, this is a practical and relevant question.
