To get a feel for how responsive we are being to PRs and bugs, we could have histograms for resolved bugs and closed PRs:

[ ] length of time between bug being opened and resolved
[ ] length of time between PR being opened and merged
[ ] length of time between PR being opened and closed without merge

and also for still-open bugs and PRs:

[ ] current age of bug
[ ] current age of PR

Again, sparkline-style histograms could be used to stack the repository histograms with a vertically efficient use of space.
