It is reproducible in a local environment with osc build.
It worked until 31st October which is the last date this package built successfully before this failure.
I initially reported this issue on the SBCL issue tracker, but after investigating I really think the problem is not there, but instead something funky happening on i586 in build. See that issue I opened on the SBCL issue tracker for details:
