Expand Project Repositories Docu #159

In https://openbuildservice.org/help/manuals/obs-user-guide/cha.obs.basicworkflow.html#sec.obs.basicworkflow.layering it doesn't mention that only the last project meta repository path is working recursively.

https://en.opensuse.org/openSUSE:Build_Service_Tips_and_Tricks#Adding_multiple_repositories_to_a_project has some documentation about this.

The attributes like block are also not fully described, they can also not be found in https://api.opensuse.org/apidocs/index#/Sources%20-%20Projects/get_source__project_name___meta but they can be found in https://github.com/openSUSE/open-build-service/blob/master/docs/api/api/obs.rng which is referenced from https://github.com/openSUSE/open-build-service/blob/master/docs/api/api/project.rng .
