Add fallback for failing openqa get request and missing parameters in query #131

Still have to make the error handling/messages more specific and to move some logic from the view but this already prevents some trouble if something goes wrong with the openQA communication.

I'll remove the WIP. If there are any concerns than of course i will change it. Thought about doing all this a bit more fancy with a own class etc.. This also should make developing easier since you dont have to manually patch the openqa part anymore when running the rails server on your local machine.
