add another tab for ready requests #89

along with the letter and adi tabs there could be another tab listing the requests in new state. With all the automatisms I sometimes want to know what's about to be accepted.

the tabs are for projects not for requests. I'd rather have the backlog and 'done log' as popups where the backlog is now.
