New submit request not showing in 'osc rq' #1878

Hi,

I opened https://build.opensuse.org/request/show/401389 using

osc sr -s 399506 network dpdk openSUSE:Factory dpdk

but

osc rq -b -M -s new,review|grep 401389 returns nothing

I reported that in the opensuse-buildservice IRC channel and I was told that for some reason the xml for that SR lists another user as submitter however osc rq show 401389 lists the correct information it seems.

Please let me know if you need me to provide more information

As far as I understand it is the cause the lacking entry of your creation. It should be a request history element and it should get created when a further review got added. But for some reason it is missing...
