Test obs-scm workflow with src.o.org #30

Open Build Service has already a CI workflow integration with various git providers like for example Gitea. Lets make use of it in one or more packages and see if it works well enough.

This depends on https://github.com/openSUSE/open-build-service/pull/14752 being deployed first.

What’s the status of this ticket? It seems a wee bit obsolete, doesn’t it?
