Changes from a review round with Max #110

Let's make sure people have a chance to look into this. Mention it on the openSUSE Release call, make it part of meeting minutes.

The counter.opensuse.org tasks in RC and GA are (still) too late, see #68 for details.

(It's probably also a good idea to check the other "old" open issues, and to handle them - can be "fixed" or "wontfix", but keeping them open is the worst idea.)

Re-re-redit ... Moved to Beta and merged as suggested in #68. Thanks @cboltz

Somehow you managed to delete most counter.o.o tasks :-( - only the "switch to hourly" task in GM is left (which BTW is superfluous - the cronjob does this automagically)

Tasks that should be done for counter.o.o in Beta (based on the old tasks, slightly updated):

#### Create release counter

Start kicking the artwork team: we need the release counter updated!

https://github.com/openSUSE/countdown.o.o gets auto-deployed to counter.o.o

#### make counter.o.o/link point to new portal

https://counter.opensuse.org/link/ should point to https://en.opensuse.org/Portal:15.x?pk_campaign=counter

The link is managed by the Heroes, ping them

Actually I wonder if you should merge these two into one task/ticket - your choice ;-)
