Let's define Definition of Done to all of the tasks.
The idea is to add acceptance criteria for task to be resolved.
Following example demonstrates nicely the added value of Definition of Done.
Somebody might resolve the task right after sending email to autobuild@suse.de, the idea here is really to wait until images appear on download.opensuse.org.
