GM/pontifex IO operations need to be followed by resync of remote mirrors (we can cover local ones) #41

Please send a heads up email to mirror@opensuse.org about upcoming GM file operations on pontifex. Mirror admins are expected to re-sync mirrors otherwise we'll face reddit posts about mirrors being broken.
