Create a script or document how to create .torrent files that can be pre-seeded ahead of GA (let's say few hours).

We did use the mirrorbrain-made torrent this and last release.

You can run mirrobrain something to create hashes. This runs twice a day for all of the torrents. We could re-run it just for specific directory. This takes like 10 minutes.
