[15.3 retro] A openQA test to check published package's installability #80

When a new build was testing in openQA, we should have a test to run libsolv against the synced asset repository in openQA in order to find uninstallable package before we publish the new build to pontifex. Instead of libsolv, try to install all package from asset repo is another option.

Action item here is to create a task in progress-o-o for openQA. Once it is there, we no longer need to have it the release checklist.
