Functionality of update_crawler was merged into origin manager. We can't use origin manager any more, as it doesn't work with changes after Closing the Leap Gap.
It seems that the problem is that we are no longer able to discover source origin.
Perhaps we could tweak original update_crawler only for Backports.
Let's keep Wolfgang in loop. Let's open issue in openSUSE-release-tools once we know what to do.
