[15.3 Retro] - up2date list of bots #94

New list

enable bots/tools

Responsible: rel-mgmt

enable bots and tools

totest manager
snapshot announcer (make sure to fix links in the template) (TODO: needs to be tweaked for obsgendiff)
update_crawler (todo has to be fixed for Backports)
build fail reminder
staging bot (Backports has only adi style staging, should be rewritten so it works for Factory as well)
duplicate binaries
package list generator

Add the new release to

installcheck project / rebuildpack (for Backports only)
