[15.3 retro] Alpha -source sync is happening since the very beginning no longer with Beta2 #95

Task: Enable sync sources and binaries from releavant SUSE:SLE project from IBS to OBS

Remove the mentioning of Beta2 completely, we can start syncing as soon as the project is ready.
