Add SwayNotificationCenter config and theme #76

Add a sample configuration and an openSUSEway theme for SwayNotificationCenter to prepare for the switch from Mako (#62 ).

Once we switch I can also add the Waybar integration and hotkey for swaync.

Hi @FilippoBonazziSUSE ,

so I see it is in the Factory now. I tested this config and it looks fine.

I like it more than mako.

The only problem is to how to integrate it into the openSUSEway by default. As there is already mako installed.

I am landing this one and would open discussion.
