Add swaync configuration in waybar and hotkey #83

This is my swaync setup in waybar, and the hotkey I use to toggle it (other than click on the icon).

I am open to suggestions to improve this before merging.

no objections. We also need to find a way to run swaync as default for notification instead of mako
