autorefresh by default #106

I think it is in general good to keep software up-to-date. So autorefresh should be enabled.

Would like to have your opinions.

I'm usually not a that huge fan of auto refresh as it is very slow and is executed on most zypper commands. I prefer to use zypper ref (only) when necessary.

We could add a config option to enable auto refresh but I would let it default to disabled.

Maybe, we can change the last Y/n question to:

Do you want to keep the repository?
1. Keep the repository and enable auto-refresh
2. Keep the repository only
3. Remove the repository
