Opi codecs fail in Slowroll #153

I'm trying to install codecs, as usual way in Tumbleweed (rolling), in a TW Slowroll system, and throws me this error when I try to do a opi codecs command.

UnboundLocalError: cannot access local variable 'project' where it is not associated with a value
