Detect setuptools BuildRequires #20

It would be nice if setup.py imports setuptools that setuptools be added to the BuildRequires.

@toddrjen Hm. I don't understand your suggestion. Can you a bit more verbose? What's the problem you want to solve?

This seems to be fixed in the latest version.
