Suggestion from ke: flag the words "note that" -- either remove the words "note that" or put the content into an admonition element. "Keep in mind" is similar wording.

I know I thought about this before but it did not yet add it. Also, suggesting to put the words into an admonition is kinda impossible right now, so this would depend on an extension for terminology.dtd and appropriate code to handle extra suggestions.
