This cleans up some unnecessary files and adds a nice coverage badge. travis uploads the coverage results to coveralls.io automatically.

Coverage remained the same at 81.522% when pulling b61f648d30c957a329481e8ce4eee54113b4b12d on feature/coverage into 4cdb5f71d9452b987e6853fc221631441fc0d52b on develop.

@tomschr Can you review&merge? This obviously works (see comment 2), but it throws away lots of code I never had anything to do with.

@Vogtinator, @sknorr Looks fine, but I don't see the create-man.sh script. Is it missing?

It's in the man/ subdirectory. I have no idea what [testenv:man] is for, though.
