These steps are easier to setup that the local tar.gz or the git clone.

This is a question for @tbazant.

My personal suggestion would be that, this should be done after:

• The style guide is more complete
• Each rule is reviewed
• The test files are expanded

Either way, likely after the openSUSE conference, @ccoVeille.
