update highlight.js #331

the hl.js authors vastly improved yaml highlighting recently. let's profit!

note the file contrib/highlighting/configuration

:information_source: According to the Git log, Stefan added highlight.js in April 2016. That must be version 9.4.0, released May 2016.

Now 11.6.0 is the latest version.

It could make sense to download an adjusted set of supported languages from https://highlightjs.org/download/. I'd select:

For us, I would select: Bash, C, C++, CSS, Diff, HTML/XML, JSON, Java, JavaScript, Makefile, Markdown, PHP, Plain text, Python, Python REPL, Ruby, SQL, Shell Session, TOML/INI, YAML.
