Use dotted style for code-like text

Use a non-intrusive dotted line for code-like text.

I agree that it's an issue that underlines and underscore characters "merge". However, I don't like the dots:

• dotted lines are usually used to mark up definitions (so, that might be confusing to some)
• it's just too subtle

In its current form, I would like to decline this.

I think we could do the following however:

• add a bottom padding to the command text, so the line is moved lower and does not merge with underscores anymore
• add a negative bottom margin to avoid affecting the line height
• maybe also use a slightly larger line height
