In Qandasets, it helps if the Questions/Answers have a label #417

Our HTML qandasets do not have labels in front of questions (like "G.5 What would Jesus do?"), whereas our PDFs do. We should make that consistent [again] (in favor of labels, because they help orientation in the document).
